The business problem.
A clinic required a lightweight web application to manage patient treatment plans with integration into their existing Chatwork communication platform to coordinate staff tasks.
Our solution.
Built a Vue.js SPA with a Node.js backend. Main screen allows patient card number lookup and direct access to Treatment Plans or Identity Verification. CSV export module supports date-range data extraction. Chatwork API integration enables bulk messaging to staff and per-doctor chat room assignment.

CSV Export
Data export screen filtering records by date range with per-record action buttons. Includes a bulk Chatwork messaging button to notify staff simultaneously.

Chatwork management screen to configure API integration: endpoint URL, room IDs, AR tokens, and assigning ChatWork rooms to specific doctors.
