The business problem.
The client needed a comprehensive enterprise HRM system capable of handling complex attendance calculation rules, multi-shift scheduling, payroll processing, and HR policy configuration. The system needed to support flexible business rules without developer intervention and provide real-time operational monitoring.
Our solution.
TH developed a modular HRM platform covering 9 functional areas: Human Resource Management, Attendance Tracking, Working Time Engine (with complex business rules for OT, pre/post-shift, overnight, and night shifts), Payroll Processing, Leave Management, Shift Scheduling, HR Policy Configuration, Reporting, and Monitoring & Alerting. Each module was built to be flexibly configurable, allowing HR administrators to change rules without modifying code.
Human Resource Management Module
Comprehensive management of employee profiles and organization structure: employee records, department/unit hierarchies, position/role management, user permissions, and company master settings.
Working Time Calculation Engine
Rule-based time calculation engine supporting standard hours, overtime (pre-shift, post-shift, overnight), night work, and holiday work — all fully configurable without code changes.
Leave & Shift Management
Comprehensive leave management (paid leave, half-day leave, holiday requests, absence management, balance tracking) integrated with shift scheduling and department-wide work calendars.
Payroll & Reporting
Automated payroll calculation based on attendance data with comprehensive report generation for management review, compliance, and analytics.
