Web-based dental medical record document management system — patient profile creation/viewing, document list & detail screens, treatment category tree, and full CRUD operations.
The business problem.
A dental clinic needed to digitize its document and patient record management process, replacing manual paper-based workflows. The system required secure patient data management, comprehensive document operations, and an intuitive interface so medical staff could operate it without technical expertise.
Our solution.
Built a .NET MVC web application with jQuery and Bootstrap for a clean, responsive UI. Implemented a home screen with 3 core functions (View Record, Register Record, Reference Documents), tabbed document list screens with patient filtering, and a hierarchical treatment category tree. Full CRUD operations secured with role-based access control.
