Our mobile team builds apps for healthcare, fintech, and logistics clients — mostly targeting Japan with high UX standards and strict App Store guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop Flutter (Dart) mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Optimize app performance — frame rate, bundle size, cold start duration.
- Integrate native SDKs when needed (camera, biometrics, push notifications).
- Work with QA engineers for bi-weekly release cycles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Flutter experience on at least two published apps.
- Understand lifecycle of both iOS and Android, skilled in debugging platform-specific issues.
- Experience with state management libraries (Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider).
- Good reading comprehension in technical English.
Nice to Have
- Apps released on App Store Japan.
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience.
